The most dangerous kind of narcissist is the one known as a ‘Malignant Narcissist’. This type of narcissist is extremely harmful, manipulative and deceiving. They have a lack of conscience, a deep need for power and control, and an innate inability to empathize with others.

A Malignant Narcissists possesses many traits that make them highly dangerous, such as aggression, antisocial behavior and paranoia. Aggression can manifest in the form of verbal abuse or emotional outbursts directed at their victims.

Antisocial behavior means they are often unconcerned about social norms or laws and will use whatever means necessary to get what they want. Paranoia makes them excessively distrustful which produces further aggressive tendencies towards those perceived as threats or enemies which can easily lead to violence or abuse if unchecked.

The narcissism itself exacerbates the danger; because these individuals have little regard for anyone who isn’t themselves or beneficial to them, it’s decision-making is often driven by self interest rather than any concern for other people’s well-being – meaning potential consequences aren’t taken into account when pursuing their objectives.

As such they might go to extreme lengths in order to reach their goals regardless of any harm done in the process either through negligence or intentionality.

They also feed off attention from both admirers and detractors; this means they will do whatever it takes (no matter how toxic) in order gain admiration from some while putting down those who challenge that admiration in order build up strong egos even more so than other narcissistic types may do normally due to their paranoid tendencies mentioned earlier driving these toxic behaviours further still..

In short this type of narcissist thrives on drama/hate/drama – making them incredibly unstable & destructive individuals who should be avoided at all costs whenever possible!
