I’m really sorry to hear about the tough situation you’re going through. Dealing with a narcissistic partner can be incredibly challenging, especially when children are involved. I can understand how overwhelmed and hurt you must be feeling right now.

First of all, it’s important to prioritize the well-being and safety of your children. You’ve already taken a significant step by having all four of them with you now. It’s crucial to provide them with a stable and supportive environment, free from any form of abuse or manipulation.

In terms of co-parenting with your ex, it can be a difficult road, but it’s not impossible. Remember, your focus should always be on what’s best for the children. Establishing clear boundaries and effective communication can help minimize the negative impact your ex may have on your family.

Consider seeking legal advice to understand your rights and options when it comes to custody and visitation arrangements.

In order to heal and move forward, it’s important to prioritize your own well-being as well. Seek support from friends, family, or even a therapist who can provide guidance and help you navigate through the emotional challenges you’re facing. Take time for self-care, engage in activities that bring you joy, and focus on rebuilding your life for the sake of yourself and your children.

Remember, you’re not alone in this journey. There are people out there who can provide support and guidance. Surround yourself with a strong support network and don’t hesitate to reach out for help when you need it.

Stay strong, and I wish you all the best as you navigate this difficult situation. You have the power to create a better future for yourself and your children.
